About SKZI

The origins


SKZI began life as a small group of friends, playing Quake3 for fun. Some time down the line, IspAH and s7ry – long time lone-hawks in the Quake3 world – joined the nest. Then things started to change. Success in the Hungarian Quake3 leagues led SKZI towards international cups, but we didn’t quite fully spread our wings. It was the birth of QuakeLive and explosion of competitions, multigaming clans and sponsors that followed which provided us with the real opportunity and inspiration to take flight. And so here we are, with the wind under our wings surveying the landscape below.


SKZI as multigaming


Our interests now extend to other games, to getting the most talented teams and players under our wings and rising beyond our home-grown roots. Our goal is to present the highest quality in e-sports. Our byword is continuous progress. This growth is a slow process, but as the saying goes, Rome wasn’t built in a day.
